No, since the minimum quantity is basically the base price of the product.

What kind of document file should I upload to quote?
Any document file, but the artwork image must be in good quality.
We appreciate if your upload is a PDF or Adobe Illustrator file, but it's not mandatory.
In more specific cases, such as 3D models of metal or rubber patches, a 3D model file with specialized software is needed.
If you don't have a 3D model, you can quote by sending a sketch showing the 3D dimensions, and then we'll design the digital model for an extra fee.
