Satin

Shiny material, mostly used for products such as underwear, furniture or more sophisticated items. Logos with complex details cannot be woven with this material, just clear and simple artwork.

Shiny and soft material, widely used by the industry for care/wash labels. Skin touch feels soft and comfy.

Silicone

It allows labels to have embossed details (3D) and various finishing styles: matte, glossy, reflective, holographic, etc. This material is quite resistant to extreme conditions, while being softer and more flexible than TPU (H03). It's no problem if there's direct contact with the skin.

Silicone

Rubber material that's softer, lighter and way more flexible than PVC. It's resistant to extreme conditions, such as very cold or hot environments. Used by industry in the same way as PVC. However, its production cost is more expensive. Overall, Silicone is much better than PVC. A 3D digital mold is needed to produce this kind of product. Consult your Product Specialist if you don't have a mold.

Stainless Steel

Very durable and resistant to extreme conditions. It's more premium and expensive than aluminum. It is magnetic. It's mostly used for specialty products, such as buttons or metal parts of boots, belts or heavy-duty pants. To produce highly customized metal shapes, a 3D digital mold is needed. Consult your Product Specialist if you don't have a mold.  

Suede

It's a kind of synthetic leather, but much lighter and thinner overall. It's very soft to skin touch and has excellent durability.

Taffeta

Material with low quality/very old looks. The woven artwork looks "pixelated" or poorly woven. This kind of label is for special projects, such as period settings or vintage-looking branding.

Texturized Fabric

Texturized fabric given fine and elegant custom patterns. These are labels that communicate unmatched luxury and elegance in the product.

TPU

"Thermoplastic polyurethane." Flexible plastic material, with excellent durability. Very resistant to constant movement and physical work, making it a favorite option for sportswear and workwear. Also used for labeling products that are in direct contact with liquids, like swimsuits, pool floats, etc. They're usually printed with a transparent background, but can also be made with colored backgrounds.

TPU

Highly customizable printing technique: TPU allows labels to have embossed details (3D), textures, holographic or metallic finish, etc. It's more rigid than flexible and soft, so direct contact with the skin is not recommended. Used in niche products, like extreme-condition sportswear or corporate clothing.

Twill

Stand-out, high quality labels. They have a texture of diagonal lines that give a unique differentiation to the label. They are very soft and comfortable to the touch. Mostly used in luxury/high-end products.
