“Thermoplastic polyurethane.”
Flexible plastic material, with excellent durability. Very resistant to constant movement and physical work, making it a favorite option for sportswear and workwear.
Also used for labeling products that are in direct contact with liquids, like swimsuits, pool floats, etc.
They’re usually printed with a transparent background, but can also be made with colored backgrounds.

Folding Options

The green outline shows the sewing guide for each folding option.

Straight Cut

Label with no folds, cut into a rectangle or square shape.

End Fold

Label with folds on the left and right end sides.
These folds make the label sewing more resistant and good-looking.

Center Fold

Label with a fold in the middle of the total length.
This fold option always includes a seam allowance, which is intended to be sewn inside the seam of the item.

Manhattan Fold

Combination of the Center Fold + End Fold.
This fold option is used to label edges of items, like the sleeves of a t-shirt.

Main Label

It's the main product label, usually sewn on the neck area of the garment.
Recommended setup: Printed or Woven Label, Damask or Cotton material. Center Fold or End Fold.

Sleeves or Hems

Labels for the sleeves or hems of the garment.
Recommended setup: Woven Label, Damask material. Manhattan Fold.

Heat-transfer ink labels, applied with an iron's heat.
